SugarPlum Zoo

We began our day off the beaten path to a delightful locally-owned farm known as ‘SugarPlum Zoo.’ This delightful space features friendly farm animals (goats, sheep, chickens, pigs), exotic pets (ostrich, llamas, zebras, donkeys), and engaging educational experiences focused on animal care and conservation.I want to emphasize that while you cannot enter the exhibits with the animals, there are numerous chances to pet and feed them. SugarPlum Zoo is more than just a zoo; it's also a winery and chocolate factory, offering a very unique experience.

Our Last Stop

Our last and final stop on our day trip was to Old Town Temecula. Old Town Temecula offers a nostalgic vibe that reflects its rich history and western heritage. The area features preserved buildings with rustic architecture, cobblestone streets, and a variety of unique shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming, often infused with a small-town feel. We strolled through the vibrant shops, where my daughter delighted in the chance to explore western-themed toy guns. After indulging in a little retail therapy, we made our final destination the charming candy shop, its windows filled with an array of sugary treats that beckoned us inside. The sweet aroma of chocolate and sugar filled the air, promising a delightful end to our day.
